Discipline Plan

Our philosophy in addressing student behaviors is based in restorative practices. We build all our work with students from the following five questions:

  • What happened?
  • What were you thinking at the time?
  • What are you thinking about since it happened?
  • Who has been affected by what you have done? Why?
  • What do you think you need to do to make things right?
